I’ve spent the last years studying numerous paths into birth work,  including Doula training with mama bamba , silent birth keeper and birth first aid with Ruth Ehrhardt ,  Various holistic and spiritual approaches to birth learnt in Mexico and Guatemala , a Pregnancy masseuse , pregnancy yoga teacher and a student Herbalist .Weaving all these together to support pregnancy, birth, postpartum in the best possible way .
