This course is hosted by Mama Bamba in collaboration with Laura Sayce from The Baby Journey.
We are very excited to have Laura on-board to offer a custom created course for our Mama Bamba Doulas. This course is designed to give you a foundation of knowledge and understanding of breastfeeding so that you can best support your clients.
This comprehensive online course meets all the requirements for your doula certification.
Our student Doulas need a total of 8 course hours in order to meet the requirements for Mama Bamba Doula certification.
This course will consists of a 4 hour live online intensive. The intensive will also be available as a recording. Following the intensive you will need to work through an additional four self-study modules from the Training Library. These additional lectures are offered as pre-recorded self-study modules. You will have access to the recordings and lessons here for 6 months.
Once you have completed all required modules (8 hours) and submitted the relevant assessments Laura will issue you with a certificate to use towards your doula certification.

Meet Laura
Laura is a Mama Bamba Doula, an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) as well as a certified Childbirth Educator (ICEA).
She has been supporting new families and Doulas since 2008. She is also the mom of two girls and currently lives in Singapore with her family.
